This is the place where we show off our members’ rides. Our club truly has an eclectic collection of wheeled vehicles. Many of our cars were hand-crafted by their owners, some acquired as “works in progress” while a few were bought mostly finished with the new owners merely supplying their personal touches and lots of sweat equity. We recognize that in most cases we are merely the temporary owners of these timeless classics, protecting them, babying them, showing them — and driving them — until they move on to new custodians. We hope you enjoy looking at our cars and hope to see you in person at some of the regional shows we participate in. |

Bob & Maggie cruise all over in the red '55. The 1955 Chevy has one of the most familiar profiles of any American car produced . . . and one of the coolest hood ornaments. |

Mike Ebersole is a member of our Board of Directors. Mike’s wife, Pam, has a really sharp SS Chevelle that sounds as good as it looks. Daughter Lacey has a new addition to the family -- another Chevy (imagine that).
Pam's Chevy wears elegant black and chrome. Lacey's new ride sparkles in the sun showing off subtle ghost flames. |

Lacey's interior is comfortable and functional. A delighted Lacey at the rollout of the new Chevy at the Galaxy Diner on her 18th birthday. |

Mac and Jackie McCrorey are often seen tooling around in their very-pleasant-to-the-eye 1955 Chevy. Mac built this car himself right down to the flames licking under the hood. Latest addition: 1931 Plymouth Panel.
This little '55 wears traditional colors with a few classy embellishments. It has to bee seen in person to be fully appreciated as does their new Plymouth. |

Randy Travis (not the singer, the chef de cuisine) has a couple of neat vehicles. The 1950 Cadillac with the flame job is Randy’s cruisin’ machine. The ’56 Ford panel is equally cool as well as utilitarian. Randy (l) with sister, Joyce Wiley, and Pat Mount.

Here’s the Caddie at the Mall Show in 2005. Randy takes a breather on the rear bumper of the panel. |

Gerry & Janet Evans own a real head-turner. Often mistaken for any number of British sports cars, the Apollo Verona is one of only 2 assembled in Memphis, Tenn. by AMC Motors for Apollo Motor Co. of California.
The 2400 lb. 1986 Apollo Verona, often mistaken for an MG, attracts attention wherever it goes. The Berkeley, CA, company built 48 of these cars between 1984 and 1986, the last two iin Tennessee to avoid California's draconian smog control regs. The fiberglass beauty runs a modest Chevy 350 with glass paks. (Car photos by Gerry & Janet Evans) |
